Return Policy 

We hope you love your piece from True Royal Fit. Each item is thoughtfully designed for ease, comfort, and everyday wear.

Because we are a small, growing brand producing limited quantities, we currently offer returns for store credit only on eligible items.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned for store credit if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are included

Items returned that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued as store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

If the item is confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

We are unable to guarantee size exchanges due to limited inventory. If your preferred size is available, we will do our best to assist.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
